One of the gymnasts that included a lot of originalities in early 2000’s was Russian Alina Kabaeva, 1st place at Athens Olympic Games in 2004. Some of them were included in the code of points with the name of the gymnast such as Utyasheva’s flexibility element. These culture drivers either help or hinder employees' ability to perform. They need to know the drivers of the culture - the values, beliefs, traditions, structures, unwritten rules, behaviors and the repeated moments that make up the employee experience and create the culture. Organizations need to know more than how to describe their culture. But before you can protect your culture, you must know what drives it. To protect the drivers that create your culture and mitigate the risks of virtual work, you need to put strategies in place that create a shared way of doing things. Press Windows Key-Print Screen (Credit: PCMag)Īnother way to make a screenshot in Microsoft Windows 10 is to press Windows Key-Print Screen. Windows’ Action Center (the slide-out panel on the right side of the screen) notifies you that your screenshot was saved, and you can click on the notification to take you right to the folder where it’s saved. You no longer have to open an app, paste from the clipboard, and save the file. After this, when you tap Print Screen (for the entire screen) or Alt-Print Screen (for the current window only), a PNG file of the screenshot automatically appears in the Pictures > Screenshots folder. Go to OneDrive’s Settings panel and choose "Save screenshots I capture to OneDrive" from the Backup tab. This method has been available since 2015, and it's one of my favorites. Use Print Screen Key With OneDrive (Credit: Microsoft/PCMag)Īnother way to use the Print Screen key is to set it up so that your screenshots automatically save to OneDrive. Often a menu will collapse as soon as you tap a shift key. Using Print Screen is especially useful for taking screenshots of apps that change appearance when you press a keyboard combination. Open a new document in your app of choice and paste the image using Ctrl-V. Once the image is on your Clipboard, you need to put it into an application that can handle images, such as Microsoft Paint, Paint 3D, or even Photoshop (unless you take advantage of the next tip). Pressing Print Screen copies the entire screen image to the Clipboard adding Alt to make Alt-Print Screen copies only the active window. The longtime classic method of taking screenshots in Windows is to use the Print Screen key-also sometimes spelled PrtSc, PrtScn, or PrntScrn. Use the Print Screen Key With the Clipboard (Credit: PCMag) I'd also like common crop aspect ratios like 16:9 or 4:3 for that you have to go to the Photos app or another photo editing program. It also lets you send it to a nearby PC with Nearby Sharing enabled.Ī couple of things I wish Snip & Sketch included are text and shape overlays, such as arrows. Then you can save the image to a folder of your choice or share it using the standard Windows Share menu to send it to Instagram, Messenger, Mail, or any other app that accepts the file type. Here, you can crop the image and mark it up with a pen, pencil, highlighter, and eraser. Tap this notification to open the Snip & Sketch window (first image above). (Credit: Microsoft/PCMag)Īfter snapping a screen with this method, you momentarily see a small notification that says Snip Saved to Clipboard. Note that you have to restart Windows before it will work. Press Windows Key-Shift-S, and you have a choice of capturing the full screen, a rectangular selection, a freehand selection, or an individual program window.Īn alternative way to invoke Snip & Sketch is via the Action Center's Screen Snip button (image below).Ī third way is to go into Windows’ Settings and choose Ease of Access > Keyboard > Use the PrtScn Button to Open Screen Snipping. This first method is a simple Windows shortcut to take a screenshot using Snip & Sketch but without having to launch it. Press Windows Key-Shift-S and Use Snip & Sketch (Credit: Microsoft/PCMag) Now, in order to try your Windows 10 screenshot shortcut (with Snip & Sketch), try pressing the Windows logo key + SHIFT + s on your keyboard.1. That’s in contrast with snipping tool, because the Windows 10 shortcut for snipping tool will only work when snipping tool is open AND also the active window. Meaning that you can use it, no matter what window is currently active. This is important because Snip & Sketch comes with a keyboard shortcut that’s always “stand by”. Please bear with me while I explain about Snip & Sketch and how it will allow you to do what you originally set out to do with a screenshot shortcut.Īs from the Windows 10 “Creators Update” (which your Windows 10 computer should have received somewhere around March 2017), the snipping tool got accompanied by Snip & Sketch. If you’re looking for a way to create a Windows 10 shortcut for snipping tool, you may not know about “Snip & Sketch”. It all works brilliantly together and too many experts have pronounced the Sig Sauer P365 X MACRO the best carry gun of 2023 for it to be an accident.Ĭustomer reviews love it too. There’s an accessory rail underneath for a weapons light and then there’s that two-port compensator up front. Even the trigger pull feels crisper on the P365 X MACRO micro compact 9mm pistrol. The XRa圓 Day/Night sights are good, but this 9mm semi-auto pistol is also optic ready and you can put a red dot on there. Inevitably the grip is longer and the slide length feels like a grown up gun too. Essentially this is a full size pistol, only smaller… 17+1 is a lot of bullets to have at your disposal in your IWB holster. This is now a sub-compact handgun with compact firearm magazine capacity. Now the biggest deal is not the compensator, which is pretty cool, it’s the increased capacity. The price has risen, together with the size, but this is now a full custom pistol for slightly more than off-the-shelf money. The Sig P365 has grown into the Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO and it is easily one of the best 9mm carry pistols in the world. But we’re on team manual safety, we think they’re a good thing. And some Sig Sauer P320 Compact carriers too, obviously…Ī manual safety is a divisive feature on a striker fired handgun. You can also order your Sig Sauer P365 micro compact pistol with a manual safety now, which has tempted lots of Glock owners. This polymer framed striker fired 9mm pistol was smaller than almost anything we’d seen, yet it came with the State compliant quota of 10 rounds of 9mm ammo. That’s about as good as it gets in the modern world of firearms. It changed the way we think about striker fired concealed carry and forced rival manufacturers to respond. This Sig Sauer P365 Nitron micro compact pistol went beyond concealed carry and made the sub compact handguns of the day look fat and stupid. The double stack magazine, extremely compact frame and stellar performance won the hearts and minds of the American public. Launched in 2018, the Sig Sauer P365 Nitron, micro-compact pistol was the best selling gun in the United States for the first two years. It is the original and in many people’s eyes it is still the best version you can buy. The Sig Sauer P365 Nitron micro compact pistol changed the world.
